I was up the other night trying to find something to eat, and with the ingredients laying around, I came up with this yummy grilled chicken wrap! This is a super quick and easy meal you can make in a flash with just a few ingredients. It makes a great lunch or even a light dinner. Excellent for the healthy eaters and dieters!
Grilled Chicken Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Spinach
- A mix of Italian cheeses
- Sour cream
- Burrito tortilla
- Hoisin sauce (or your favorite sauce)
- Seasonings (pepper, garlic, onion)
- A grill or waffle iron
Directions:
- Heat up grill or waffle iron
- Grill chicken 5-7 minutes (depending on iron) until golden brown
- Remove and cut into pieces
- Season and coat chicken lightly with Hoisin sauce (or your favorite sauce), set aside
- Spread some sour cream on the tortilla (on one half)
- Add chicken, spinach and cheese to the same half
- Fold and place on grill
- Cook until golden brown
- Enjoy!
